ABOUT BODY POSITIVE (GRIMSBY)
Body Positive is an HIV charity that offers sevices to people who are infected or affected, hard to reach groups and BEM groups. We work to educate people in schools, the public, professionals and any other members of the community about HIV/Hep - the risks and the myths.
Mission Statement:
"We aim to support people who are infected/affected by HIV/BBV, their partners, families, friends and carers".
Body Positive has been established since 1991.
It is an independent voluntary organisation that has a volunteer and service-user membership as well as two paid part-time workers. The services we offer include:
