Sorry havn't updated for quite some time. My life really is a rollercoaster ride.
I got married last July, my loving mum died this Mother's day of lung cancer after only being diagnosed 4 weeks earlier...then the shock also came when I found out i'm pregnant!Definately not planned & a miricle really. I'm due to have a baby girl 21st Nov 2008.
I'm having a rough time of it lately, off all medication & suffering depression but am plodding on with all my might!

Well last Sunday I had my 6monthly check up in Nottingham with Dr K, my private psych.
All is well and he talked through the basics of CBT Cognetive Behavioural Therapy with me, i'm still on the damned waiting list for it but am going to do some work myself with the aid of books.
Today I started taking 40mg per day of Equasym XL instead of my usual Equasym. These new one's are a slow release version and stay in your system for 8 hours rather than the usual 4, so I don't have to take an afternoon dose which I alway's used to forget anyway!
I don't feel any different really and no side effects should happen hopefully as I'm used to taking Equasym anyway. I'll post again soon once I'm used to the new medication.
