These photographs were taken on the September 2007 weekend when the club went to Rydal in the Lake District. Rydal is ideally situated on the Fairfield Horseshoe – one of the Lake Districts classic walks. The walk is just over 10 miles in length but involves 3430 ft of ascent and descent. Most of the 31 club members at Rydal completed this walk at some time during the weekend.
