Humber Ship Preservation Society
The Society exists in order to help with the preservation and maintenance of interesting ships in the local region. These may be in the hands of private owners or run by charities or societies.
Our first ship is the M.V. Hambledon, based in the Alexandra Dock.

This is the ship we are working on at the moment. It is likely to take the next year to complete the work and give it a new paint job in its original colours.
Volunteers are welcome to come along on Saturdays to help, with no joining fee needed.
Please check the sailing page in case we are visiting the Bull Sands Fort.

Prospective volunteers should visit the web-site:

to find out about the next sailing.
